As a part of my urban warrior training I like to challenge myself to do tasks that may seem impossible. The truth is everything is impossible until we have done it!
Some of these challenges recently have been rock climbing without ropes, driving luxury cars with the super car mafia. My encouragement for everyone is to develop the self belief that they can do whatever they choose. The monster stopping us most of the time is the doubt monster.
Challenge yourself in ways that work your edge, not anybody elses. My aim as an urban warrior is to have discipline where I need it so flow happpens unconsciously, like a samurai, spartan or ninja warrior.

- I am a motivated and energetic person who always seems to find a way to enjoy every moment! You will find me out running, doing some kind of physical training or on adventure with one of the other warrios. I eat only RAW fruit and vegetables. This means I might have 20 bananas for lunch, or 15 mangoes. My vision is to open Zenrg Retreats, a place for people to find their flow combining the best from east and west.
